All Equipments sold by Ctech Global Pte Ltd are covered by at least 12 months warranty.
Ctech Global Pte Ltd endeavours to provide customer with replacement warranty for any equipments purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase.
After the 7 days period, manufacturer's warranty applies, except for products specifically covered by Ctech Global Pte Ltd warranty mentioned in the product description page.
Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify Exeltek Solutions within 7 days.
Outside the 7 days period warranty, it is at Ctech Global Pte Ltd discretion to credit, replace, exchange or repair the faulty product.
All our Equipments are carrying either manufacturer or replacement warranty ranging from 1-5 years warranty. Customers should read the product's individual page regarding manufacturer/replacement warranty.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer's technical support department directly, to acquire authorisation to return any faulty products.
Technical Support and Warranty Claim Process
Whenever possible , please consult the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual first, or visit the manufacturer's website as normally they have abundant information to troubleshoot the problem you might have.

When contacting us, please have the following information handy for fast and quick processing:
- Invoice/docket number
- Your name
- Product name
- Faulty nature of the product
After the confirmation from our warranty department, please return the faulty product, with proper packaging to our address:10 Science Park Road,#01-07A The Alpha, Singapore 117684
Our technician will then examine the faulty product and process the warranty claim from there.
Depending on the each manufacturer's warranty policy, the product might be repaired or returned back to our supplier for replacement.
